Have you received your order but it's not quite what you expected? It's a shame, but it can happen. Email us your return to contact@jcl-by-iu.fr with your order/invoice number, your items, and the reason you want to return it. Once you've registered, you'll receive a different label by email from which you can choose.

- A return label will be sent to you.

Only customers in France can choose this option.

When you use this label, we will retain the return shipping costs when refunding the purchase amount, so you will not have to pay at the post office.

When you do not wish to use the return label, you can return your items (at your own expense) to the following address (please register in advance for your return by email):

Please remember to include your invoice (or a copy) with your return package. This will make your return easier to process. Once we receive your returned package, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 2-3 business days .
