How do I create my account?

To create your account, simply click on the small profile logo at the top right of your screen or click here .

Forgot your password?

Click on "Forgotten password" then enter your email address so we can send you a recovery email.


Return, exchange & refund

Can I return my order?

From the date you receive your package, you have 14 days to request a return. Items must be in new and original condition, with their tags, accessories, and packaging, and must not show any signs of wear or dirt. Any item that is damaged or shows signs of dirt will not be eligible for a refund.

What are the return conditions?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to submit a return request. To do so, please visit our return form page.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and it is necessary to provide us with a tracking number.

Any package lost by the shipping service cannot be exchanged and/or refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their package is tracked and insured. No action can be taken for uninsured or untracked packages.

Where should I return my package?

Once your return request has been accepted, simply follow the instructions that will be sent to you by email.

Once we receive your package, we have 14 days to refund the card used when ordering.

Are my delivery costs refunded?

When you request a refund, the delivery costs will not be refunded.

How can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

What are the order processing times?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
