How do I create my account?

To create your account, simply click on the small profile icon at the top right of your screen or "click here".

Forgot password?

Click on "Forgot password" then enter your email address so we can send you a recovery email.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the package, in accordance with consumer law.

What are the return conditions?

You have 14 days, once the package is received, to submit a return request. To do this, please visit our return form page.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you must provide us with a tracking number.

Any package lost by transportation services cannot be exchanged and/or refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their package (tracking and insurance). No action can be taken for uninsured or untracked packages.

Where should I send my package back?

Once your return request has been accepted, you will only have to follow the instructions that will be sent to you by email.

Once your package is received, we have 14 days to process the refund to the card used for the order.

Are my shipping costs refunded?

When you request a refund, shipping costs will not be refunded.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do this, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

What are the order processing times?

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
